Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cabinet appointed a ‘Special Investigative Team’ for the recovery of black money stashed in foreign accounts. Out of the 628 such account holders, the SIT decided that 427 cases were ‘actionable’. Apart from the Ambanis and the other big corporates that were named in this list, there was one name that took everyone by surprise. It was none other than Mahima Chaudhry. Yes, you read that right! Apparently, Mahima, who had an account under her real name Ritu Chaudhary, was noted as a ‘model and an actress’ in the account details. However, Mahima has denied to have any such account. Meanwhile, this news has taken Twitter by storm where the Mahima -Swiss jokes are doing the rounds. BJP candidate Kiran Bedi also took to Twitter and said all those involved in the scam must face punishment. “All involved in HSBC Scam must get exemplary punishment,” she tweeted. Well, with all this, Mahima is certainly back in the limelight, but for wrong reasons. Will she face a strict action? Well, all we can do is just wait and watch…
